Principal Bio

Edward Lio is the proud Principal of Edlio Central High School and a dedicated educator committed to creating meaningful opportunities for every student. Before becoming Principal, he served as both a teacher and Assistant Principal, experiences that shaped his understanding of instruction, leadership, and the importance of strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

 

Mr. Lio believes students thrive when they feel supported, challenged, and connected to their school community. He is passionate about preparing students for success beyond high school through engaging academics, innovative technology, and opportunities to build creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving skills.

 

Throughout his career, Mr. Lio has worked closely with students, families, teachers, and staff to strengthen curriculum, support instructional growth, expand student opportunities, and build a welcoming and inclusive school culture.
