Description
Edlio Central High School is seeking a highly qualified Spanish teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a proven track record of success in engaging and inspiring high school students to learn Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Spanish I and Spanish II to high school students
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and school curriculum
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to engage students and meet their diverse learning needs
- Assess and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Teaching certification in Spanish
- Experience teaching Spanish at the high school level
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
